Read a book, The researchers found that becoming engrossed in a novel enhances connectivity in the brain and improves brain function. Create a to-do list, I feel this is a no brainer, creating a list and making it your daily mission to achieve something from that list is something I do. It is possible you will daydream but it will still be a start. Do not multitask, Not everyone can do it, I’ll be honest I can’t, if I try I will most likely become frustrated and give up, and most likely take a nap. We are all not built the same, do what bests suits you.
