Biochemical versus man-made chemicals are two different things we need to understand. The term biochemical is defined as, “the chemical processes and substances which occur within living organisms.” The living organism I focus on is the human body. In today’s society, the human body is sold more on buying man-made chemicals from pharmaceuticals instead of feeding the body its natural medicine, which is biochemical food — otherwise known as fruits and vegetables. I want to shed light on why it is better to eat fruits and vegetables, not for just hair, skin, and nails but for a better body internally, and most likely, a longer-lasting life.
Apples, Reduces high cholesterol, polyphenols and antioxidants are compounds found in apples and apple juice, which may help inhibit the oxidation of LDL or “bad” cholesterol. Bananas, Potassium is like a battery for the body; it usually works nerves and muscles. Potassium is an essential mineral that functions as an electrolyte. It helps regulate fluid balance, nerve signals, and muscle contractions. Cramps, One of the worst things is having a full day of work and having stomach cramps at the same time, eating a banana will soothe the pain. Digestive System, Bananas are high in fiber which helps with constipation, also soothes the stomach; helping the body digest food better. Avocado Treats arthritis, arthritis is an inflammatory disease that attacks the joints and the tissues that surround the joint. Therefore, avocados are a good source for vitamin E, a micronutrient that holds anti-inflammatory effects Cucumber Regulates Body Ph, Cucumber acts against acidic pH within the body, which helps with kidneys. kidneys being the organ that is used to filter your blood, removing wastes and extra water to make urine. Cumberers help blood pH stay within normal levels. Peppers Peppers cure anemia, peppers are high in vitamin C. Vitamin C converts the protein we know as iron into a useful form, when eating vegetables like peppers. Blueberries Improves Vision, Blueberries have vitamin E and anthocyanins. Vitamin E helps stop the formation of cataracts or the clouding of the lens. Anthocyanins serve as an antioxidant to help maintain good eye health.
