There are 10 variations of squash.
Pumpkin, Sweet Dumpling, Golden Hubbard, Green Acorn, Kabocha, Blue Hubbard, Spaghetti, Butternut, Carnival, Out of the whole list, I am pretty sure I only tasted butternut squash, pumpkin, and spaghetti squash. I guess the others will come with time. While we have this marvelous season, I highly recommend expanding your taste buds and try the squashes in every way possible. It is nutritious and something different. I’ll admit I am not the most comfortable person to introduce something new to, but I am willing to give things a try.
