Why do we have acne?
No water / Allergic Reaction / Diet. Juices and sodas taste good and are refreshing, but you still need mother nature to help the body function accurately; which is water. Try to incorporate water into your diet as much as possible. Also, junk food with a lot of greases can cause a breakout. If you haven’t eaten something in a long time, it may not be best for your diet, take note of what you eat and oversee your skin. Not cleaning your face / Dirty Hair Even if you take a shower at night and wash your face, it might not be enough. I recommend carrying day wipes around throughout the day, to wipe the oil and dirt off; it might be the extra thing you need to fight acne. Another good idea would be having a morning routine. You can start your day with a fresh face, and your pores are ready to fight any incoming dirt from the air. One last thing is dirty hair. The days can get away from us, not knowing its time to wash your hair. Nothing to be said about this except maybe its time to wash your hair. My Advice is a pure beauty routine for the month. Schedule a wash day for your hair, figure out a skincare routine weekly. I can’t wash my face with soap every night because my skin gets irritated. Maybe three times a week I will use soap, water, and toner. Every other night perhaps a hot cloth and aloe vera and lemon juice mask, because I have hyperpigmentation and I need to get rid of it. I heard that is the best concoction. Hormones Personally, this was my issue. Every time something would upset me, within the next few days, a pimple would start to grow. I researched how to control it; my best bet was birth control. Birth control isn’t what it seems anymore, the stigma of birth control is entirely played out (meaning outdated). Back in the day birth control was for promiscuous girls, Today, its a benefit for menstrual cramps, acne, ovarian cyst, and iron deficiency. Usually, those problems come around, when it is close to that time of the month. Therefore, hormones maybe the reason for your acne.
